Estamos en mes número 6, lo que significa que estamos a medio camino de 2015 y una de mis metas para este año era ser constante con mi sketchbook. Años atrás solía dibujar en cualquier cuaderno y era divertido pero también quería tener un sketchbook real, pensé que sería difícil pero estaba equivocado.
En realidad fié muy fácil.
Hoy por fin estoy iniciando mi 3er sketchbook del año y me emociona mucho por que significa que estoy dibujando mucho y cuando digo mucho es MUCHO!! pero el punto de este post no es el nuevo sketchbook, ya que tendrá su propio post después por que conseguirlo fue toda una aventura.
Hoy quiero recordar mis sketchbooks pasados, es un poco nostálgico cuando ves todas las cosas que has estado haciendo durante el año.
Todas las páginas de mi sketchbook esta llenas con ideas random, personajes, estudios, conceptos, thumbnails, sueños, etc. Creo que lo más importante de esto es que he tenido la oportunidad de ver mi propio estilo en crecimiento y desarrollo. Supongo que para cualquier artista debe ser increíble ver su propia visión convertirse en realidad. No sé si es igual para para todos pero para mí ha sido complicado por que sé lo que quiero alcanzar con mi arte pero es algo que no he visto antes y lo así aún más difícil de encontrar...
Por ahora sólo quiero agradecerle a mi sketchbook anterior por todo lo que me dio

We are in the month number 6, which means we are half way to 2015 and one of my goals for this year was to be constant with my sketchbook. Years ago I used to draw in random notebooks, which is fun but I also wanted to have a real sketchbook, I thought that would be difficult but I was wrong. Actually was really easy.
Today I´m finally begining my 3rd sketchbook of the year and I´m very excited because it means that I´m drawing a lot and when I say a lot I mean A LOT!
but the point of this post is not the new sketchbook, because it will have it´s own post later because getting it was a whole adventure.
Today I wanna remember the past sketchbooks, its like nostalgic when you see all the things you have been doing for the year.
All the pages from my sketchbooks are filled with random ideas, characters, studies, concepts, thumbnails, dreams, etc. I guess that the most important thing about it is that I really got the chance to see my own style being developed and growing. I guess that for any artist to see its own vision turning into something real its amazing, I do not know if it has been the same for everybody but for me it has been complicated because I know what I want to reach with my art but is something that I haven´t seen before so it makes it harder to find...
For now I just want to thank my past sketchbook for everything it gave to me
